- Shipping & Delivery
- The delivery in Italy is in the hands of Poste Italiane with their regular parcel service. The price for parcels up to 20 kg is 12,00 euro.
Delivery in the EU countries is in AWS' hands that within a few days can reach all Europe with a by land service.
The price for parcel is showable to EU Table rates. Our software will calculate and show you the amounts. Any order have a handling fee of 5.00 Euro. NOTE: The best mix price/weight is (up to) multiple of 50 Kg. - Privacy & Security
- The Italian regulation n° 675 of 1996 protects the privacy of personal data.
For this reason you can at any time request your personal data in our possession to have them changed or canceled. - Guarantees
- Moral: you live better if you trust your fellow beings. We want demanding but fair Customers: they must trust us, and we trust them.
The Customer must return the goods in their original sealed packaging.
If the Customer is not satisfied by the product he must prove that it is because of a production fault.
The Customer can change his mind within 10 days from placing the order.
The Customer who changes his mind must notify the merchant by standard mail with a registered letter at his own expenses.
The Customer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expenses. - Ordering
- ALL orders do not have limits in weight and goods. You can even order 0,01 euro of goods.
ALL orders will be sent on the 15th of every month.
Please note that for Christmas we suggest to make your order within the 9th of December in order to give us enough time to collect all fresh products from the different areas of the region and ship them to you avoiding the holidays' traffic. Orders after this date may be delivered after Christmas.
The general idea is to collect all the orders at once in order not to have a stock, provide fresh products and reduce costs connected to the collection of products. - Payment
- In order to guarantee our clients with a safe transaction we'll be using PayPal.
In the payment panel you'll find three methods:
- PayPal Express: you will be redirect to PayPal website;
- Bank Transfer: at the end of the procedure of the order we'll email you our bank details to make a bank transfer.
