Produced from the Trebbiano grape, following crushing and stripping and a gentle pressing of the grapes, static cleansing of the flower must is performed with subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature with selected local yeast. the wine is then refined in a stainless steel vessel for about 4 to 5 months before bottling. Straw yellow coloured, with a delicate nose and freshness, it has a hint of unripe fruit. It pairs well with starters, main courses and fish, broths, soups and white meat. It is served at 8°/10° C.
