In a saucepan bring to boil 1.5 liters of water with a tablespoon of salt. Just to the boil pour in while stirring with a spoon for not doing lumps. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring. Place on a tray and season with butter or a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese.
