Quick Overview

This is a deep ruby red colored wine with garnet reflections, aromas. Its characteristics are of ripe red fruits and hints of vanilla and spice. It is warm, strong and persistent with a long finish. Rubesto complements red meats, pastas with ragu, and aged cheeses.
The grapes are specially selected and hand harvested in October. Maceration takes place for 20 days followed by traditional vinification. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with subsequent aging in the bottle before release. This is a deep ruby red colored wine with garnet reflections, aromas.
